Another thumping for Scotland; Wales settles England for a change

Well, another woeful six Nations campaign comes to an end for Scotland with a 46 – 19 loss to France. The Scots took an early lead and never gave up, but that’s about the limit of it unfortunately. They did the Irish no favors by letting in a final French try in the 80th minute, which gave the French the necessary points to take the championship after Ireland beat Italy by 8 tries (!).

Oh, and Scotland won the Wooden Spoon. A bit of a comedown from beating England and France last year.
